This Porsche 911 Carrera S (993) belongs to the Vesuvio edition. Its Vesuvio Metallic (40X) colour is a deep grey that turns to violine depending on the light. On the last generation of air-cooled 911, the Porsche Exclusive department reserved it for the Carrera S and devoted a specific brochure to it. The example we are offering was delivered new in November 1997 by the Porsche Zentrum in Frankfurt.The Carrera S combines the wide body of the 993 with rear-wheel drive. Here it is fitted with the 3.6-litre flat-six and the 6-speed manual gearbox. The interior is full black leather, with pleated-leather front and rear seats; the front seats are electric and heated. The car is equipped with the electric sunroof, air conditioning, the Sound System, the on-board computer, the rear wiper, the raised third brake light and the volumetric alarm.Its original 18" Technology hollow-spoke wheels are included with the car.
