Porsche 993 1997

The Porsche 911 Type 993 Cabriolet, produced between 1994 and 1998, is widely regarded as one of the most iconic generations of the 911. As the final model to feature Porsche’s legendary air-cooled flat-six engine, it marks the end of an era before the transition to water cooling. Combining timeless design, outstanding build quality, and an authentic driving experience, the 993 Cabriolet offers a unique blend of open-top motoring, a fully electric soft top, a thoroughly modernized chassis, and unmistakable mechanical character. The example presented here is a Porsche 911 Type 993 Carrera Cabriolet equipped with the desirable 6-speed manual gearbox. Delivered new by Sportwagen Knebel in July 1997, it has covered just over 94,000 kilometers from new. It is finished in its elegant original specification, pairing the beautiful Ocean Blue Metallic (L3AZ) exterior with a full Midnight Blue leather interior (FK), complemented by a matching blue soft top. This 993 Carrera Cabriolet is equipped with an automatic climate control, heated driver and passenger seats, the on-board computer, an electric wind deflector, and the factory alarm system. The complete list of original factory options is provided below. The cabin also benefits from an elegant extended leather interior, with both the front seats and the rear seats upholstered in leather. With its modest mileage and particularly elegant factory color combination, this 993 Carrera Cabriolet represents an excellent opportunity to acquire one of the very last air-cooled Porsche 911s.The car is available for viewing by appointment, either in person or virtually, in our showroom.
