The Bora was introduced in the early 70s as Maserati's answer to a modern supercar, designed by the legendary Giorgetto Giugiaro. The model combined classic Italian shapes with its powerful center-mounted V8 engine. The car we offer for sale is the rarer and more sought-after 4.9-liter version, which was produced side by side with a 4.7 version at the time. The 4.7 was less rare and less powerful. The 4.9 is today the most sought-after among collectors, both because of its performance and its limited production. The car was originally delivered to the USA and still has a US title to this day, later it found its way to Denmark already in 1987, where it has since been in the hands of collectors.
