One of the most timeless sedans ever from a time when quality, properly styled cars were built. The M5: a 4,9 liter V8 producing 400 horsepower and bringing them to the rear wheels via a 6-speed Getrag transmission and limited slip differential. This very rare car was sold new in France through BMW Concessionair Regnault SA in Mondeville, Bretagne, France to its first owner who kept it up til 2010 and had it serviced by the selling dealer. For me personally in the ultimate color: Carbonschwarz. At the time an M5-only color that later went on to many M-Sport cars in the following years. 05SW Black leather, Hifi and Navigation system. The last owner invested a lot in this beautiful M5. The car is now 25 years old but looks and drives excellent. In the last 6 years / 10.000 kilometers the car has received new shocks absorbers in the front and rear. New rotors and brakepads in the front and rear along with new brakefluid. 7000 kilometers ago a new clutch including hardy disc and driveshaft bearing. A new timing chain was installed, new airflow sensors and ofcourse lots of oil-changes, filters and other parts replaced. The last service was in November of 2024. The engine runs excellent and is very lively.The wheels are undamaged and in their beautiful Shadow Chrome finish. Brand new Pilot Sport 5 in the rear and good Dunlop in the front. The car looks a little younger thanks to Facelift Xenon headlights and facelift taillights in as new condition. Weatherstripping was replaced and the paint is appearing in beautiful condition. Rust-free, shiny Carbonblack black, a straight body - Beautiful.Nice and supple black leather, the steering wheel in it's original leather with M-stitching and good texture. The A/C blows cold and it's a pleasure to drive this M5.Excellent E39 M5 now Available with lots invested.Properly documented!
