BMW 700 LS Luxus – 1965 – Swedish delivered – Fully restoredA rare chance to acquire a BMW 700 LS Luxus, one of the most important models in BMW history. Produced between 1959 and 1965, the 700 combined compact dimensions with innovative engineering and elegant design by Giovanni Michelotti. It was BMW’s first car with a self-supporting body and played a decisive role in saving the brand during the early 1960s. This particular example was sold new in Sweden in 1965 and remained with its first owner until 2015. After that, it underwent a comprehensive restoration by CC Motors in Eskilstuna, returning it to its original specification:New upholstery sewn in the correct original styleRepainted in its original light grey colourEngine, gearbox and clutch fully rebuiltComplete technical overhaulThe car is powered by a two-cylinder air-cooled boxer engine of 697 cc producing 33 hp, derived from the BMW R67 motorcycle. Despite its modest size, the 700 LS reaches 120 km/h and is remarkably fun to drive. Today the car is in excellent condition, fully roadworthy, and both tax- and inspection-exempt due to its age. It comes with a wealth of documentation including invoices, registration papers and historic details. An unusual and highly collectible classic BMW, restored in original condition and ready to be enjoyed – a true piece of BMW heritage. We assist with worldwide export and transport, making the process smooth and worry-free.Welcome to Ucars Exclusive in Eslöv, southern Sweden – only a 40-minute direct train ride from Copenhagen Airport.
