Los 912 de serie, hasta los modelos de 1967, venían solo con cuentavueltas, velocímetro y un tercer reloj que indicaba el nivel de gasolina y la temperatura del motor. Como extra, se podían montar los 5 relojes, opción que muchos propietarios pedían y de ahí que haya pocos 912 con solo 3 relojes. Otros detalles atractivos son los relojes con serigrafía verde (modelos Pre 68) y el logo 912 del capó trasero ubicado en diagonal, al ser de los primeros 912 fabricados.Hace apenas 2 años se llevaron a cabo trabajos de restauración al vehículo. Standard 912s, up to the 1967 models, came only with a rev counter, speedometer and a third dial indicating fuel level and engine temperature. As an extra, the 5-gauge cluster could be fitted – an option many owners requested – which is why there are so few 912s with just 3 gauges. Other attractive details include the gauges with green screen-printed lettering (pre-’68 models) and the 912 logo on the rear bonnet positioned diagonally, as this is one of the earliest 912s produced.Restoration work was carried out on the vehicle just two years ago.
