Due to the correctly executed modifications, the car was inspected and registered by the Dutch RDW as a 100/M. Officially it remains a '55 100/4 with original Le Mans kit – all parts are genuine and the conversion is fully documented. Thanks to the higher compression, special camshaft and carburettors, the engine delivers approximately 110 bhp with considerably more torque than the standard 90 bhp version. The difference is immediately noticeable: the car is genuinely quick and lively.Nut-and-bolt restored 1995–1997 and ever since maintained exclusively by recognised Austin Healey specialists.
