Configurée dans une teinte Onyx Black, sa carrosserie, ses jantes, son habitacle en cuir noir et ses éléments en aluminium sont en excellent état.Au niveau mécanique, l’ensemble des éléments est en état neuf. Le V12 atmosphérique 6.0 litres de cylindrée de 517 chevaux, associé à la boite automatique « Touchtronic », délivre une sonorité enchanteresse. Nous disposons d’un historique complet en provenance d’Aston Martin. Remplaçante de la célèbre DB9, elle reprend le patronyme d’un modèle des années 60, mais lui donne une tout autre dimension.Le 6 en ligne d’origine est troqué contre un V12 atmosphérique (celui de la DB9) gonflé à 517 chevaux. Résultat, la DBS vient concurrencer les Ferrari, Porsche ou Lamborghini, tout en conservant sa classe à l’anglaise.Fidèle à sa tradition, les lignes de la DBS transpirent l’élégance. De nombreuses ouvertures sont tout de même ajoutées pour l’aération du V12, et la malle de coffre, les ailes et les branches de rétroviseurs sont entièrement en carbone. Un gain de 30 kilogrammes et une oxygénation améliorée jouent sans doute leur rôle dans les performances de la DBS.La sœur de la DB9 réalise le 0 à 100km/h en 4,3 secondes dans une musique envoutante, et atteint la barre des 300 km/h. L’amélioration de la réponse du V12 et la réduction des rapports de la boite de vitesses dispensent des sensations extrêmes, les joies du V12.L’habitacle ne trahit pas les origines de cette DBS. Le luxe s’étend jusqu’à la clé, dotée d’une extrémité en cristal. Le cuir à profusion, les sièges baquets, le carbone et l’alcantara ne laissent eux aussi aucune place au doute.Bien évidemment, la DBS aura droit à son apparition dans un film de James Bond en 2006. Sa production, limitée à 500 exemplaires par an, fera de la DBS un modèle confidentiel. Vous pourrez cependant, peut-être, en croiser au Casino Royale.
