Hyundai Veloster N 2.0, 275 HP version, the only one in Italy, imported from the USA and personally registered in 2023 as a one-off with Italian plates.An extremely rare car in Europe, it’s estimated that only about ten examples were imported, all located in Poland, Lithuania, and two in Germany.Currently, there’s only one other for sale in Germany, but with Polish registration (Poland and Lithuania have registration exemptions that don’t use the European database, which makes those cars impossible to register in other EU countries, something I learned the hard way during the long paperwork process).It was produced exclusively for the North American and Korean markets. The chassis and powertrain are shared with the much more common Hyundai i30N, meaning it has a 2.0 turbo 4-cylinder engine with 275 HP, front-wheel drive, and a limited-slip differential.Compared to the i30N, it’s 40 kg lighter and has completely different bodywork, while the interior and mechanical components are identical.Also, it sounds and pops a lot more in stock form, since the U.S. models aren’t subject to the strict European noise regulations.It comes with electronic suspension, N mode, automatic rev-matching, valved sport exhaust, touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, cruise control, and all standard features.The import process took over 12 months, as the vehicle’s specifications weren’t present in the European (let alone Italian) database, and the costs were quite significant.During the process, we fully homologated the car with the Italian DMV, replacing several components, and it is now fully road legal.A unique feature of the Veloster is that it has two doors on the right side and one on the left, as all Velosters have had since the beginning in 2011. It fits four passengers.Exterior color: Chalk White with Racing Red accents. Interior: black with comfort seats and Performance Blue stitching, belts, and details.Purchased in 2022 with 19,000 km, currently at 46,000 km. Used mainly for weekend trips and to attend various car meets in northern Italy and across Europe. Unfortunately, I’ve never had the chance to take it to the race track, where it would really shine.The car was completely repainted two months ago after a heavy hailstorm (luckily, glass, lights, and mirrors were unharmed), so it’s now flawless.Regarding previous damage, according to CarFax, in 2020, when it was newly purchased in the U.S., it had an accident to the front right area after hitting a curb. It was promptly repaired and imported to Europe a few months later.Otherwise, the vehicle is completely original, still has several factory protective stickers, and the OEM VIN labels are intact in the engine bay, confirming the authenticity of all components.The only modifications I’ve made are:-Full Forge intake, custom painted in Hyundai Performance Blue (the original intake will be included with the car)-Tinted rear and back windows for privacyIt’s currently fitted with Yokohama ADVAN A052 semi-slicks, which are phenomenal, with about 5,000 km of use and plenty of life left.Road tax and luxury tax (superbollo) are paid for the current year.Second original key is included but not yet coded due to lack of time.The car will be delivered after a full interior and exterior detailing and is located in the province of Bologna, Italy.For any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me via email
