In 20.12.2010, I bought KIA CERATO in Magnitogorsk In march of 2011 year, when the speedometer was 2500 miles away, I heard a knock on his front suspension, came to an official dealer, Ural-Auto in Magnitogorsk. After the inspection service issued a certificate, that flew anther from the shock absorber. Anther was fixed. Two weeks later the sound of increased more than the first. On my second visit to the official dealer I announce that my machine is out of the building bearing. They made the order bearing on a warranty replacement. The delivery period has been specified - 45 days. To request for granting me another vehicle for temporary use (while not repair my car), I saw the smile and heard a categorical refusal. It was declared, that at them it is not practiced. A knock at the front suspension became intolerable. On my question about the possibility of exploitation of cars with a thud in front suspension, I was told that I can ride, only switch on radio louder!!! A mockery! After 46 days, after my first treatment to the official dealer, I decided to change winter tires on the summer tires. When the machine was on the lift platform, I saw that both of the front shock absorber were in the oil. Even I, a layman in the mechanics, I realized that the ball bearing is not so much grease, which could well emerge. It became clear, that in the service are amateurs, as well as I, or lazy specialists. Both rack shock absorbers have been clearly breached. And only on the third time in the service I was told that the both front shock absorbers came out of building . On may 18, was made an order for the shock absorbers. Approximate delivery date - June 16 in Moscow. Add two weeks of delivery from Moscow to Magnitogorsk - it turns out July 1. Paying 20 December 2010 22000 $, I traveled 3,000 kilometers and got a bunch of intractable problems. Now I, paying for myself, ordered the shock absorbers in the internet - shop, change them by myself, and I will express contempt and disrespect to the official dealer. They shouldn’t treat their customers so!! I am sorry that I liked KIA CERATO, and that I was careless (in my 50 years) to buy this car. To my friends and just people on the internet I would advise not to buy cars of mark KIA, just not because they are bad, but only because the service from the official dealer of KIA in Russia simply does not exist!!!
